Join us for an evening of good company and food at the Strathmore Local in Wellington’s eastern suburbs. Our mid-winter dinner is an opportunity to meet together and share thoughts and stories about camping.

About the event
We have booked the function room for the evening. For details of the Strathmore Local's menu go to https://www.strathmorelocal.co.nz/menu.html. They have gluten-free, diary-free and other dietary options. There is car parking outside the venue.
You can park your camping vehicle for the night at the Evans Bay Marina car park. This freedom camping site is for self-contained vehicles only and does fill up very quickly. If you want ride from the marina car park to the restaurant, let Margaret Earle know at vp@apcnz.org or call her on 027 4164 023.
Alternatively, self-contained vehicles can park on Wellington streets, as long as they comply with time limits and any other parking restrictions. For more details see https://wellington.govt.nz/recreation/outdoors/camping-in-wellington.
